Pot life

4 hours@20℃.

Spray gun& air pressure

Gravity type: 1.2-1.4mm.

Suction type: 1.3-1.5mm.

Spray method

Viscosity 16S-22S @20℃, 2-3 layer(one layer 5-10min).

Drying time

In 25℃, 1 hour for touch, 4 hours for sanding.
In 60℃, 20 minutes for touch, 50 minutes for sanding.

Sanding

Sanding after the coat become dry and solid, wet sanding with P600-P800.
